I’m an artist drawn to the quiet spaces where transformation happens slowly — where roots tangle, decay feeds growth, and overlooked details come to life. My background in science shapes how I observe, experiment, and work with natural materials, especially those that shift, grow, or resist control.

My process often begins with a question or moment of curiosity. I’m interested in how materials hold meaning, how life leaves its mark, and how nature can be a collaborator in making. I work slowly and experimentally, welcoming unpredictability and letting the outcome evolve over time.

I see myself as both maker and observer — tending, guiding, and responding. Whether I’m growing roots in the shape of bones or documenting what doesn’t go to plan, I aim to create work that invites reflection: quiet, thoughtful, and a little strange.
